We are again running this highly popular tour, with a Spring departure in March and three Autumn departures in September, October and November. ITINERARY
DAY 1 (SUNDAY)
We pick you up from your local area, then it’s a leisurely drive to Sligo. Check in to the hotel and enjoy a relaxing dinner this evening. (Dinner, B&B)
DAY 2 (MONDAY)
After an unhurried breakfast we depart for our excursion to Westport. Here we enjoy lunch and free time with an afternoon drive around Croagh Patrick and Clew Bay. We then return to the hotel for evening dinner. (Dinner, B&B)
DAY 3 (TUESDAY)
This morning we depart at 09.30hrs for our trip to Yeats country with stops in Sligo, Drumcliff and Bundoran. Ballyshannon is next on our list with an exclusive visit and tour of Belleek Pottery. Spend free time for lunch and return to the hotel for evening dinner. There is music and a sing-a-long in the bar tonight. (Dinner, B&B)
DAY 4 (WEDNESDAY)
Enjoy a leisurely breakfast (served until 10.00am) then we have a free morning in this beautiful part of Ireland to enjoy the views or perhaps take a walk on the beach or play a round of golf. In the afternoon we depart for Lough Gill for our wonderful cruise on the Lake Isle of Innisfree (included). We return to the hotel for dinner then there is music and a sing-a-long in the bar with ballroom dancing tonight in the main function room (extra cost). (Dinner, B&B)
DAY 5 (THURSDAY)
After breakfast we depart for our excursion to Castlebar which includes a visit to the Museum Of Country Life. Enjoy this magical place, recognised as Ireland’s no.1 Country Life destination, then after lunch we drive through County Mayo as far as lovely Pontoon, returning to the hotel for evening dinner. Again music is provided in the bar for your last evening. (Dinner, B&B)
DAY 6 (FRIDAY)
We check out after breakfast with transfers back to original pick up points. An experience to be cherished and hopefully shared among friends. |
