This morning, after breakfast, we will board the coach and make the short journey to Enniskillen where we will board a cruiser which will take us on a guided tour on Lough Erne. A highlight of the trip is the stop on Devenish Island, which contains one of the finest monastic sites in Ireland. After the cruise you will have some free time in Enniskillen to have lunch before we board the coach and make a short journey to Castle Coole. If you are looking for stately grandeur then Castle Coole is a rare treat and one of Ireland’s greatest neo-classical houses. This majestic 18th Century home of the Earls of Belmore is surrounded by a stunning landscape park on the edge of Enniskillen. Designed by James Wyatt, it was created to impress. The surrounding wooded landscape park sloping down to Lough Coole is ideal for long walks. The interior of the house has exquisitely awe-inspiring beauty with rich decoration, furnishings and furniture, including a sumptuous State Bedroom prepared for George IV. There is also an unusual servant's tunnel. You will have a tour of the house and time to enjoy some of the surroundings including a tea room and gift shop.
We will return to the hotel with time to relax before dinner. (D,B&B)

The museum is also home to the World War One Trench Experience and the largest outdoor replica trench open to the public in Ireland and the UK. After our visit to the museum we will visit the historic Kilmore Cathedral before we return to the hotel where you can have some time to relax and perhaps avail of the hotel’s spa and leisure facilities before dinner. Thursday 23 April 2020
We will board the coach after breakfast and take a scenic drive around Lower Lough Erne where we will visit Belleek Pottery. This world-famous pottery was founded 156 years ago by John Caldwell Bloomfield of Castlecaldwell Estate in an attempt to alleviate the plight of his tenant farmers in the aftermath of the famine of 1845. Sheer determination saw them harness the power of the river to drive the waterwheels and bring the railway to Belleek to deliver the coal that would fire the kilns. Most importantly they tempted 14 master craftsmen over from Stoke on Trent in England to produce the highly crafted parian china masterpieces that made Belleek into the international known brand it is today. The first of those pieces was a highly ornate 28” high vase attached to 3 Irish wolfhounds at the base which is on display at the Visitor Centre, in Belleek. You will have a guided tour of the factory which gives a detailed insight into the various intricate processes that go into making each individual piece of fine china. From designing the moulds to firing, glazing and testing.
We will complete the journey around Lough Erne and you will have some free time in Enniskillen before we return to the hotel with time to relax before dinner. (D, B&B)

Friday 24 April 2020
After a leisurely breakfast we will check out of the hotel and depart at 10.30hrs for the journey home. We will have a stop in Cavan where you can visit the Cathedral of Saint Patrick and Saint Felim. Completed in 1942, the historic and spectacular Cathedral is the most dominant building in Cavan Town, with its 68m spire and flanking domes, the Roman Catholic cathedral is one of the most impressive and eye-catching buildings in the town. The vast interior is shaped like a basilica and extensive use is made of different colours of marble. The cathedral houses many fine examples of ecclesiastical art. We will continue on towards Dublin with a stop in Navan for a browse and lunch before we return you to your original pick up points.
