Friday 19th July 2019
We depart Zeebrugge and continue to Köln where we will stop for lunch and some free time to explore this City, perhaps visiting the famous Cathedral. From Köln, we make our way to Boppard and check into the hotel for our 3 night stay. (D, B&B)

Saturday 20th July 2019
Today we enjoy the Rhine Cruise taking in the sights of the castles and vineyards including the famous Loreley Rock. As legend has it, a beautiful blonde maiden would sing to the sailors and lure their ships towards the rock where they would meet their end. There will be some free time to explore Boppard which was once a Roman fort and is the heart and soul of this holiday area. Best wines from Bopparder Hamm flow into your glass and fascinating discoveries are to be made in the town, mirroring the two thousand year culture here on the Middle Rhine. Return to the hotel. (D, B&B)

Sunday 21st July 2019
Today is a free day to relax and explore the City of Boppard. Boppard, with its 10 districts, has all the ingredients for an unforgettable stay: hills and valleys, quiet lanes and lively squares, and a wealth of nature and culture. The driver will be offering an optional trip today also. (D, B&B)

Monday 22nd July 2019
We check out of the hotel and continue to Heidelberg for some free time. Heidelberg is a jewel among German travel destinations. It is located in the Neckar river valley right where the legend-rich Odenwald (Forest of Odes or Odin) opens up towards the plains of the Rhine Valley. Heidelberg is home to the oldest university in Germany (est. 1386). We continue our journey to Oberharmersbach which is a quiet town in the heart of the Black Forest. It is situated in the upper region of the Harmersbach brook, and surrounded by beautiful, tree laden mountains. We check into the hotel for our 3 night stay. (D, B&B)

Tuesday 23rd July 2019
Today we explore the Beautiful Cities of Freiburg, Titisee and Triberg with some beautiful scenic drives. Freiburg is known as “The Jewel of the Black Forest”. It is a laid-back, beautiful university city, known throughout Germany for Albert Ludwig University of Freiburg, good weather and vineyards. The scenic highlight of Titisee - Neustadt is doubtless the fantastic setting of Titisee Lake whose crystal-clear water attracts thousands of enthusiastic swimmers to the healthy climate of the resort town bearing the same name. Triberg, with its Black Forest Museum, extensive variety of cuckoo clocks and Germany’s highest waterfall extends a warm welcome to all its guests. There will be an orientation tour of each City by our qualified German Guide. Return to the hotel in time for dinner. (D, B&B)

Wednesday 24th July 2019
We depart the hotel after breakfast and travel to Strasbourg, the capital and principal city of the Alsace region in eastern France and the official seat of the European Parliament. We will be joined by a guide for a half day tour of the City. There will be some free time for lunch. Return to the hotel. (D, B&B)

Thursday 25th July 2019
We check out of the hotel and continue our journey to Luxembourg with a stop en-route. The world’s only Grand Duchy, Luxembourg is a constitutional monarchy neighbouring Belgium, France, and Germany. Its oldest sections were declared a UNESCO World Heritage site. Among other fascinating sights, there are the Bock Promontory, Castle Bridge, built in 1735 from red sandstone and the Church of St. Ulric, the city’s oldest parish church. We continue to Brussels East and check into the hotel for our overnight stay. (D, B&B)
