ITINERARY
FRIDAY, 30TH APRIL
You will be met at one of many pick up points throughout Ireland to travel by luxury coach to Dublin for the ferry to Holyhead. Following a leisurely drive across the Pennines, you will arrive at the Ramada Bradford hotel around 16.15hrs with plenty of time to relax before dinner. The music will commence at 21.00hrs with Barry Doyle, the famous Singing Farmer, and his band, followed by Robert Mizzell and The Country Kings.
SATURDAY, 1ST MAY
Enjoy a hearty English breakfast then it’s an easy drive to York with free time to explore this lovely city. You may like to view the historic Minster and stroll along the quaint ‘Shambles’, or perhaps visit the Jorvik Viking Centre or the fascinating National Railway Museum. With excellent shopping and plenty of fine pubs to sample local ales and traditional Yorkshire pudding lunches, there’s something for everyone in York. Return to the hotel around 16.00hrs. After dinner this evening, Barry Doyle’s band will again perform, with sets from special guests Ann Moore and Trevor Dixon, then the Trevor Moyles Band will play until the early hours.
SUNDAY, 2ND MAY
After a late and leisurely breakfast, enjoy a trip into Leeds city centre or come with us on a short scenic drive through the Yorkshire Dales. There will be an opportunity to visit Emmerdale’s famous ‘Woolpack’ pub in the village of Esholt. Barry Doyle’s band will perform at the hotel during the afternoon then after dinner enjoy the music of Ann Moore followed by Nicky James, a solo act from Liverpool.
MONDAY, 3RD MAY
We will leave for Holyhead after breakfast, with a stop en route at the famous Cheshire Oaks Outlet Centre. Here you can enjoy wholesale prices for top brand names in over 250 covered stores. We will catch the 13.50hrs ferry to Dublin then you will be transferred to your original pick up point. |
