ITINERARY
TUESDAY 19TH JANUARY
We will arrange local pick ups throughout Ireland, then we drive to Dublin for the ferry to Holyhead and on to our hotel in Nottingham city centre. (Dinner, B&B)
WEDNESDAY 20TH JANUARY
After breakfast we travel the short distance to Newark & Nottinghamshire Showground for a full day at the Lamma 2010 Machinery Show. With over 520 trade stands showing products and services from companies both large and small from the UK and overseas, the Lamma Show has the widest range of products for the agricultural and rural industries at any show in the UK. There is also a full range of consultancy services for the farming and rural communities. We return to the hotel for dinner. (Dinner, B&B)
THURSDAY 21ST JANUARY
We leave Nottingham this morning and drive to Uttoxeter in Staffordshire for a visit to the JCB factory. Opened in 2008, this £40 million factory manufactures JCB’s Heavy Products range. Our visit includes a tour of the factory and a 2-course lunch. Afterwards we head for Manchester and our overnight stop in the city centre with free time to look around before dinner at the hotel. FRIDAY 22ND JANUARY
We leave Manchester this morning and return via Holyhead to Dublin with onward tranfers to your original pick up points. |
